Grace is not just a wine. It is part of a much broader and more ambitious project in which Danesi, Rudelli and Arcari want to
outline the best possible option to combine with the Botticino DOC – the most historic name in Brescia that now has only about thirty hectares of cultivated land.
In fact, this area is definitely suited to viticulture because the vine needs very few human interventions and the plants, of over seventy years, are testimony to this. Calcareous background dominated by clay is the natural bed where plants have thrived for decades and from which today this wine is born.
The name Grace takes its inspiration from Manhattan’s famous Grand Central, partly made with Botticino marble.
