This vineyard was one of the small and older ones, and Luis was captivated by the landscape. He then decided to buy the fruit and work them in an artisanal way. Without using pumps, yeasts or additives.
For the second year, he decided to cultivate the vineyard. Luis rented the vineyard and took over the pruning, the guidance of the vegetation, manual trimming if needed. Since this moment, he stopped using herbicides in the farm. The work of the soil is made by labor and the doses of the treatments are reducing little by little. He has begun to leave the use of systemic farming.
