THIS WINE’S STORY

Cuvée: Merlot 60 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Cabernet Franc 10%. This wine ages in barrels of cherry wood for two years. Deep red with aromas reminiscent of fruits like raisins, plums and red cherries, with hints of cedar, chocolate and mint. Strong tannins become soft and sweet; the wine has a complex flavor and a long finish. Quela is the name for a local card game that most everyone knows.
