THIS WINE’S STORY

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts on the grapes with maturation of three years on lees in large barrels of neutral acacia.
The Pinot Gris is a wine of savory mineral qualities; the sweetness of ethanol and other alcohol produces a feeling of sweetness in tasting, this wine is rich and balanced with characteristic acidity and a long finish.
