Born in 1998 from the previous management of the Brunello family, Vignale di Cecilia is a small agricultural winefarm in the Veneto region, located on the Colli Euganei, hills near Venice, Padua, Vicenza and Verona, a small part of the Mediterranean in mainland.
The Climate is moderate due to its close location to the sea and the
limestone ground is volcanic, the only one in Europe. Paolo leads the company on his own, curing in detail the four wines that he produces, in all less than 30,000 bottles per year.
The awards and guides in the field, as well as a consolidated group of clients, appreciate Paolo’s work, and he concentrates his efforts in the planning and the realization of extremely fine and elegant wines, innovative in the taste and traditional in the technique. The relationship between quality/price is another constant target that Paolo is aiming for. Wines are placed in a price range that concurs the top quality with the respect of the buyer.
Paolo works with constant respect for the atmosphere, eliminating the most possible synthetics and valuing manual operations, in order to understand the language of the plants. By using minor invasive cellar techniques the results of the wines are personality and great pleasantness.
