QUICK FACTS

Il Rosso 2014 is ruby red, the nose is pretty intense, clean and pleasant with notes of cherry, plum and violet followed by raspberry, carob and vanilla.

Tannins are well balanced by the alcohol. The wine has a good body, intense but also very fresh. The finish is cherry, plum and again raspberry.

Food pairings: pasta, grilled meat, meat stews.
