Instead he became an agronomist, an alternative one, who teaches agroecology and organic and biodynamic agriculture, starting from soil fertility, organic principles, anthroposophy and plain old good agriculture.
In 2007 he felt the need to go back to the land: He loved wine and vineyards and had started working at a vineyard on the hills of Banyuls with a good friend. After four harvests and 2 children he decided to move his life to Emilia Romagna and ended up planting his own vineyard there. The idea was to make a very different type of wine that he had fallen in love with. Wines that referment in the bottle: Fresh, thirst quenching, and full of life.
