The vineyards are between 11 and 23 years old.
Grapes macerate for 15 days. Fermentation and aging is done in stainless steel.
Marco bottles it after ten months.
This wine is Marco’s own project. His dad still shakes his head drinking it because traditionally white wines in their area are all sparkling. But he wanted to make his own still wine.
You can pair this wine with cheese, sweet and sour dishes, fish and with frog legs!
