DOC Gutturnio Sparkling
Made from 60% Barbera and 40% Bonarda!
“King” of the wine of the Colli Piacentini area, sparkling by nature, it referments in bottle.
The grapes macerate on lees for a week, then fermentation and aging are made in concrete tanks, the following spring after harvest I bottle it. More or less 3 months after bottling the wine referments and it’s ready to drink!
