THIS WINE’S STORY

Jérôme’s Crémant de Loire composition is a bit unusual. The Chenin and the Chardonnay are 2 grapes very classic for sparkling wines, but not the Cabernet Franc. Jérôme decided to do this in order to propose a very complex cuvée with fine bubbles.
