As he grew he maintained an interest in wine and studied Wine Marketing. The field didn’t quite fit with Joachim, and so he stopped to return to his roots. The roots of the actual vine. He began working the in the field to learn the craft of winemaking. He immediately knew he was on the right path.
Joachim got proper training, and earned a farming certificate and settled back home in Collioure to make wine. His original estate of 7.5 hectares of wine, has been expanded to 9.5 hectares of Carignan, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris and Mourvèdre. From which he yields a modest 2,000 bottle production.
