THIS WINE’S STORY

The Pommard comes from old parcels of AOC, with vines dating back to 1930. Again, there is little in terms of reductive winemaking – minimal handling, pumping over, or various extraction techniques. Here the wine does see oak, but only about 20% new. Even for Pommard, the style is ultra pure, incredibly feminine.
