THIS WINE’S STORY

Also just under a hectare of vines in En Remilly. Dominique Derain planted these vines in 1989.

Dominique Derain loves this parcel as it’s planted on comblanchien soil (marble), one of the only places in Burgundy with this soil type.

It is a difficult vineyard to work with because there are only stones. This wine is elegant and has minerality.
